  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Check seasoning and adjust to your personal taste
If the mixture is too dry, add more olive oil to loosen it. Or if you're watching the calories, a little bit of water does the same trick.
